In order to cancel your subscription and request a refund, all you have to do is go to https://app.fixdapp.com/products/subscriptions/cancel?source=help_center. Please note, since we frequently offer a free trial, refunds may not be available outside of the trial period. We will issue a refund up to 30 days after the date of the initial charge.
A refund will not be issued for yearly renewals after the first year.
If a sensor was included at no cost along with the Premium subscription, the sensor must be returned during the trial period or within 30 days of the initial charge date to cancel the trial or request a refund for the FIXD Premium Subscription.
