Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to individuals who are 18 years old or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of FIXD are not eligible to participate. Limit one entry per person per purchase or customer account.
• Entry Period: The sweepstakes will begin on 4 October 2023 at 00:00:00 am and end on 31 October 2023 at 11:59:59 pm. All entries must be received within this period to be considered valid.
• Entry Method: Participants can enter the sweepstakes by purchasing the FIXD OBD2 sensor via the FIXD e-commerce site. Purchases from other portals such as Amazon won’t qualify for the sweepstakes
• Prize:  The sweepstakes reward includes a fully covered car repair with all expenses paid, up to a maximum repair cost of USD 1000. Our team of mechanics will carefully assess the required repairs and their associated costs. Whether it's for addressing an existing car problem or regular maintenance, you must obtain approval from the FIXD mechanic team before proceeding with the repairs.
• Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within 30 days after the end of the Entry Period.
• Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via [email/phone/mail] within 7 days after the drawing. The winner must respond to the notification within 14 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner will be selected.
• Taxes and Expenses: All taxes, fees, and expenses related to the receipt and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
• Modification or Termination: FIXD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice, for any reason or no reason, at its sole discretion.
• Compliance with Laws: The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
• Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating in the sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless FIXD, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising out of or in connection with the participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance and use of the prize.
• Dispute Resolution: FIXD would have the final say on any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes.
• Privacy Policy: All personal information collected during the sweepstakes will be used in accordance with FIXD's privacy policy.

By entering the sweepstakes, participants indicate their acceptance and agreement to these terms and conditions.
