- Shipping: Adhere the return label to the packaging and return it via USPS.
3. Refund Processing
- Inspection: Once the returned FIXD Guardian Sensor is received, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.
- Refund Timeline: If the return is approved, a full refund for the yearly subscription fee will be processed back to the original method of payment.
- Subscription Cancellation: A return of the FIXD Guardian Sensor under this policy will automatically cancel the associated yearly subscription and prevent future renewal charges. If you wish to keep your subscription active without the FIXD Guardian Sensor, please contact Customer Support for alternative options.
4. Exceptions and Disclaimers
- Returns After 30 Days: Returns of the FIXD Guardian Sensor postmarked after the 30-day window will not be eligible for a subscription refund.
Refunds for Subscription Renewals: Subscription renewals are not eligible for the 30-day refund policy. Refunds will not be issued for renewals, so the subscription must be canceled prior to the renewal date to avoid the charge.
