FIXD Product Return

The refund policy states that any FIXD product can be returned within 30 days from the date the order was delivered. For a prepaid return shipping label, please contact us within the 30-day window. If you need to double-check when your order was delivered, you should have received an email with tracking information from FIXD that you can review for the correct delivery date. Once you are able to confirm that you are within the thirty-day policy, you can request a return label below: 

• For order numbers that begin with FIXD, request an RMA here.
• For order numbers that begin with UP, request an RMA here. 

All returns must have a prepaid return label.
