The refund policy states that any FIXD product (excluding the Mechanic hotline service and Clearance Items sold as "all sales final") can be returned within 30 days from the date the order was delivered. For a prepaid return shipping label, please contact us within the 30-day window. If you need to double-check when your order was delivered, you should have received an email with tracking information from FIXD that you can review for the correct delivery date. Once you are able to confirm that you are within the thirty-day policy, you can request a return label below:

All returns must have a prepaid return label, and arrive at 75 5th Street NW Suite 2120 with before a refund can be issued.
All Holiday orders can be returned for a refund 30 days after the delivery date or until January 8th (Whichever date is later; Applies to the FIXD Sensor Only)
Items denoted as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. No refunds will be made on items purchased during the following Clearance Sales: Spring Clearance Sale, 4th of July Clearance Sale, Back to School Clearance Sale, and Holiday Clearance Sale.
