What is the shipping process?

For domestic orders, we ship the order out the next business day after the order was placed. UPS then picks up the order through their Mail Innovations program. They will then deliver the order to the destinations local post office for USPS to complete the delivery. The USPS will then complete the delivery. This process usually takes 3-5 business days after the order was placed.
