Close out of the app, and unplug the sensor, that should help refresh it. When you plug the sensor in, please let me know if you see a blue light flash on the sensor. Then, start your vehicle and leave it running. Plug your sensor in and try to connect! Make sure you are disconnected from wifi, and make sure you have at least 3 bars of data connection.
