The refund policy states that any FIXD product (excluding the Mechanic hotline service) can be returned within 30 days from the date the order was delivered. For a prepaid return shipping label, please contact us within the 30 day window. If you need to double check when your order was delivered, you should have received an email with tracking information from FIXD that you can review for the correct delivery date. Once you are able to confirm that you are within the thirty day policy, you can request a return label below:

If you would prefer to ship the order back to us on your own, please ship the order directly to 75 5th Street NW Suite 2120 with your order # and name clearly marked in the shipping address or on the package.
